Nội dung phim
The video opens with a real-life man at a desk before transitioning into an AI-animated story. An adult man in a suit receives a hospital diagnosis of malignant lung cancer ('ung thư') and hides the paper from his wife. She later discovers it, learns he has been coughing blood, and cares for him tenderly. Flashbacks show their shared childhood in a rural setting — flying kites together, riding a bike, lying in grass — establishing a lifelong bond. The narrative reveals the cause: as children they found a pack of Thăng Long cigarettes, and the adult man became a smoker. The video concludes with the man peacefully lying among clouds as text appears: 'Hút Thuốc Có Thể Gây Ung Thư Phổi' (Smoking can cause lung cancer). The tone is sentimental and cautionary, using nostalgic romance to deliver an anti-smoking public health message.
